| All prices in listed are F.O.B. our Burnsville yard. Delivery is available for all materials at reasonable rates. Call for prices not listed on the delivery price schedule in this catalog. Excessive delays incurred on delivery will be billed to the purchaser at $55.00 per hour. | Landscape & Masonry | |||||
| Concrete products
(excluding pavers) in reasonable condition are subject to a minimum
25% restocking charge. All other landscape and masonry products
are subject to a 15% restocking charge. |

| Concrete Pavers | |||||
| No credit on pavers returned
with mixed colors or styles on the same pallet. Circle patterns are not returnable. Victorian square packages will be refunded in full layers only. |

| Palletized Stone Products | |||||
| Full unopened pallets will
be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Partial Pallets will be subject to a restocking charge of 25-75% providing the stone is returned in the following conditions. |

| Stone must be clean and usable
(no large amounts of small pieces). Stone must be palletized separately by type and style. |
|||||
| If either condition is not
met, NO CREDIT will be given for the stone returned. Returns made via innovative landscape supply trucks are subject to regular delivery fees. |

| Sand, Grave etc | |||||
| Sand, Gravel, Decorative Rock,
Black Dirt, and Wood Mulches. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS |

| Wooden Pallets Policy | |||||
| A refund will be given on any pallet deposit charged if returned in good, usable condition only. The pallet refund will only be given with proof of the purchase and appropriate markings. Each pallet is marked with the manufacturers imprint. | |||||
| Special orders | |||||
| A minimum deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. If special orders are canceled after a deposit, no refund will be granted. | |||||
| Refunds | |||||
| For cash or check purchases, a refund check is issued through our business office. This may take 10-14 business days. In case of check payment, but a credit account exists, your account will be credit. With credit card purchases, your credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited | |||||
