naturally, and therefore are subject to variation. (i.e. weathering,
different veins in a quarry, etc.). Because of this we cannot guarantee
an exact match to previous shipments. With regard to manufactured
materials, we take no responsibility for color variation that may
occur. Manufacturers change dyes from time to time, therefore, do
not always expect an exact match. |

These are wholesale prices
and are only available to landscape contractors and dealers with a
nursery #ID or a Tax ID#. All invoices are due upon receipt of merchandise
and are subject to 6.5% Minnesota sales tax unless a resale exemption
certificate is on file with our office prior to time of sale. Credit
customers are subject to pre-established credit terms. All other customers
will be on a cash basis, until credit arrangements have been made.
Use of any delivered materials by or on behalf of the purchases shall
be deemed to constitute acceptance of the materials by purchaser to
any adjustment or credit. Title and ownership of the goods shall not
pass to the purchaser until the entire amount owing; including interest
is paid in full. THERE WILL BE A $30.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED
(NSF) CHECKS. |
